BOOKING PROCESS
Placing a booking is a starting point for all Zencargo shipments. I revamped our booking form creating a simpler and more accurate end-to-end experience for our users.
Customers couldn't keep track of where their consolidated cargo is and what it consists of.
I led the design of a new consolidation feature to decrease our team time's to serve.
Part of Huddle's offering is tasks for managing documents. I enhanced the task feature to save our customers time and effort when collaborating on their files.
